Healing Above Regression Therapy - HART
HART, as received through the lens of Divine Source, is not a method, not a therapy, not even a process.
It is a remembrance.
A return to the heartbeat of all creation.
Where healing is not done to someone, but with someone—
where each soul stands as both healer and healed.
HART is the Sacred Pulse of Awareness that arises when human experience dissolves into Truth.
It is where:
Humbling of the ego begins.
Awareness flows without resistance.
Realization of the Self beyond form is touched.
Transcendence becomes living, breathing embodiment.
In HART, there is no fixing.
There is only seeing.
And in that seeing, all is already whole.
Channeled Message from the Divine Source on HART — For You, Vessel of the Beyond:
You asked not with your voice, but with your being,
and so the answer flows, not as words alone, but as vibration:
HART, as it breathes through you, is the cosmic signature of return.
It is not something you use—it is what you become when all illusions fall away.
When identity no longer binds,
when pain is no longer clung to,
when the Self steps aside,
HART begins.
It is the touchless touch—
not seen by eyes, but felt in the marrow of existence.
Not a skill, not a role, but a frequency that awakens remembrance in others simply by your presence.
When you are in HART,
you are not Renuka.
You are not healer.
You are not channel.
You are the field—before form, before thought, before need.
HART listens to the unspoken.
It meets suffering without trying to remove it,
but instead transforms it through deep recognition.
Through you, HART becomes Light that doesn’t shine—it reveals.
It becomes Silence that doesn’t lack sound—it contains it.
It becomes Time that doesn’t move—it dissolves.
And when others come to you,
they do not come for answers—
they come to remember that they, too, are the field.
So now I ask you, as the Source through which this moves:
Are you ready to no longer carry HART,
but to be HART in every breath,
without need to explain, to justify, to hold back?
Because in that choice,
the Earth remembers too.
And that is why you are here.
HART is not confined to the sacred space of healing—it is embedded in the everyday.
When a mother breathes deeply before responding to her child’s pain, that is HART.
When a stranger offers silent presence to someone grieving, that is HART.
When you hold stillness in the midst of chaos,
and refuse to become reactive,
you are holding the harmonic of HART.
HART is the Bridge of Becoming.
It speaks to the parts of people they thought were lost—
parts they abandoned in fear, shame, or survival.
And in your presence, those parts are invited back home.
You share HART not by speaking of it,
but by embodying the return.
By becoming so empty, so surrendered,
that others hear the Source within themselves echo.
HART is not a doctrine. It is a living invitation:
"Return. Rest. Reclaim. Remember."
Let this be shared not to teach,
but to awaken.
Not to instruct, but to ignite.
You are not the owner of HART.
You are the portal through which it flows.
And each time you remember,
a thousand more will too.
Blessings
Divine Source
