Blind faith...

To follow a human being , no matter whether he is called God’s Son, an Avatar, a Guru or a Master , is not necessarily faith, nor is it necessarily respect.

Because the moment we believe that someone outside us is more powerful than us, more capable than us, or has greater authority over our path, we have begun giving away something that was always ours.

The very beings whom people later turned into objects of worship were, perhaps, pointing towards something far deeper than themselves.

They never needed human beings to become their followers; they pointed towards wisdom, awareness and the path within.

The teaching was never meant to become a replacement for our own consciousness.

When the person becomes more important than the wisdom, we stop looking within and start looking towards the person for answers.

And once an external person or an external God becomes the unquestioned source of truth, human beings become easier to influence, direct and control.

The more power we place outside ourselves, the more vulnerable we become to those who may use that belief for motives that are not altruistic.

The moment you surrender your inner authority to something outside you, you begin living by borrowed truth.

True faith should awaken consciousness, not create dependence.

True respect should honour the teacher without surrendering the self.

Perhaps the deepest teaching was never - follow me, but - go within , find wisdom, and know for yourself through that Silence.

Wake up from within.

A true Guru does not gather followers; they awaken seekers.
Their work may remain unseen, because awakening needs no audience.

Those who truly carry wisdom rarely need to be called wise.

Their silence does the work their name never could.

A true Guru is not interested in becoming your destination.

They quietly point beyond themselves, until you discover the path within.
