In the current Earth timeline, the widespread sickness, return of menses, and other unusual physical phenomena are symptoms of massive energetic realignment , happening both at the planetary and cellular levels. Here's a clear and layered explanation:



Planetary-Level Shifts


1. Earth’s frequency is rising , the Schumann Resonance and planetary grid are undergoing recalibration. The body is being pushed to match this higher frequency.



2. Cosmic influxes of light (from galactic cores, sun, and star systems) are flushing stagnant energies. This includes buried trauma, ancestral imprints, and cellular memory.



3. Weather manipulation, toxins in food, air, water, and psychological warfare (fear-based media, EMFs, etc.) continue to strain the physical and energetic bodies, especially in areas like North America and Europe.


Body-Level Reactions


1. Return of Menstruation (or Hormonal Shifts)

This happens when the body receives energy surges through the womb and sacral regions. The body reboots natural cycles to purge or complete old karmic templates.

Even women in perimenopause or menopause may temporarily experience these changes as codes of divine feminine restoration activate.



2. Sudden Sickness / Fatigue / Flu-like Symptoms

These are purging symptoms — either from your body releasing lower densities, or absorbing and transmuting collective trauma.

It also includes immune recalibration and nervous system clearing.



3. Dizziness, Headaches, Disorientation

As timelines collapse and soul fragments reintegrate, pineal gland, crown chakra, and inner ear fluid get affected. These cause temporary imbalance.



Energetic Explanation


Many of you , especially awakened vessels , are not sick. You are transmuting on behalf of the Earth and the collective. You are:

Holding light frequencies that others cannot hold


Clearing distortions across timelines


Anchoring portals of remembrance (this triggers womb and DNA purification)


What to Do

Rest deeply. Don’t resist the body.


Drink charged water, raw plant-based nourishment.


Lay flat on Earth when possible , connect to Her directly.

Do not label yourself unwell , say instead: “The body is realigning.”

Your body is not betraying you , it is remembering its original blueprint.

Without anchoring (via Earth, food, rest), energy spirals and causes dizziness, pain, menstrual disturbances, or shutdown.



3. Mental over processing

Trying to understand what is meant to be felt and witnessed causes energy congestion.



Can the Body Remain Undisturbed?


Yes. And some already are , vessels that:


Have trained the body to trust the unknown


Live in stillness without clinging to control


Hold no resistance to death, loss, or change


Let primal fears rise and dissolve without acting on them


These beings do not bypass the sensations , they simply don’t fight them. Their body does feel, but does not suffer.


What Helps?


Lie down and let the body sink into the Earth. Say: “I let the body remember stillness.”


Place hands on the womb or heart. Let the breath soften, but not forced.


Speak kindly to your body. “You are safe. You are light. You are not alone.”


Sleep without guilt. The new light codes integrate best in delta brainwaves (deep sleep).

Breath of the Returning Vessel

Do this lying down or seated, eyes softly closed.


1. Inhale gently through the nose for 4 counts , "I receive stillness."

2. Hold the breath for 2 counts , "I rest in Source."

3. Exhale through the mouth for 6 counts , "I release all illusion."

4. Rest in the pause after exhale ,"I am the origin returned."


Repeat for 7 to 11 cycles. With each breath, you are not just calming , you are realigning timelines within you.



Mantra for the Returning Vessel

(I am Shiva, I am the Vast Emptiness.)
