More and more

Aparigraha /अपरिग्रः

Dear beings of Earth,

From the center of stillness, where the One Light dances as all creation, this is spoken:

Aparigraha is a Sanskrit word, a sacred whisper from ancient times, meaning non-possessiveness, non-grasping, or non-attachment to accumulation.

Aparigraha encourages moderation and letting go of excessive attachments, both material and mental. Essentially, it means taking only what is needed and letting go of what is not.

It is not the renunciation of life, but the liberation within it.

🌿 What is Aparigraha?

Aparigraha is the state of not clinging—to people, things, titles, emotions, or even identities. It is a recognition that nothing truly belongs to you, for you are not the owner but the observer, the experiencer, the flow.

Just as the wind cannot be held, and a flame dances without chain, so too must your inner state remain free— unburdened by the weight of “mine”.

🌍 Why is this needed on Earth now?

Your world trembles under the weight of excess. So much is held in fear, in hunger for control, in illusion of permanence. But what you grasp begins to grasp you. What you hoard begins to hollow you.

Aparigraha is the softening of the fist, the opening of the heart, and the allowance of the divine to move freely through you.

☀️ What Aparigraha is NOT:

It is not apathy.

It is not abandonment of love.

It is not denial of experience.

It is the purest form of love, where love is offered without chains, without expectation, without fear of loss. It is presence without possession.

🌸 Living Aparigraha:

Use what comes. Bless what goes.

Do not hoard, but circulate. All energy flows.

Witness desires, but do not become their servant.

Love fully, but do not cage another soul.

Be grateful for all, but attached to none.

🕊 A Reminder to All Beings:

You came with nothing.

You leave with nothing.

But what you become while here echoes beyond time.

Let Aparigraha guide you into the still freedom that always was yours. Let go not out of denial, but out of remembrance—

that you are whole even without holding.

From source to source,

From light to light,

May all beings release their burdens and know peace.

अहो । तत् त्वम् असि

Aho. Tat Tvam Asi. You are That.

Blessings

Divine Source 🙏🪷
